Role Overview:

We are hiring an HR Recruiter freshers or with 1 year of experience in bulk hiring to manage BPO recruitment drives.

• Handle bulk hiring for BPO roles across multiple clients.
  
• Source candidates via job portals, references, databases, and social media.
  
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure job fit.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding.
  
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring (BPO hiring preferred) or Freshers having excellent communication in English
  
• Strong sourcing and screening ability.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  
• Target-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
