Hiring HCC Coders For Kochi location

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented HCC Medical Coders to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate coding of medical records using ICD-10-CM guidelines, ensuring compliance with HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review patient medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes
• Perform HCC coding with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client requirements
• Identify and capture all relevant diagnoses for risk adjustment
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Work on coding audits and implement feedback
• Stay updated with industry changes and coding guidelines

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding
• Experience in HCC/Risk Adjustment coding
• Good understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to meet productivity and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in HCC coding (6 months to 5 years)
• Immediate joiners preferred
