Job Description

We are hiring Agents for a Banking Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
• Good communication skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
