Role & Responsibilities

• Handle hotel room booking reservations accurately via phone, email, and booking software.
• Resolve guest inquiries, assist with itineraries, and handle special requests.
• Maintain guest records, update availability, and manage modifications.
• Promote upgrades and travel packages.
• Collaborate with front-desk teams for seamless check-ins.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Hands of knowledge of MS-Office
• Flexible to work in all shifts
• Graduation Mandatory (2025/ 2026 graduates are eligible to apply)
• Should be an Immediate joiner
• Strong pleasant personality
