Core Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Vault workflows, objects, fields, lifecycles, security roles, and permission models.
Perform configuration changes, updates, and controlled data fixes in alignment with SOPs and change control processes.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to configuration, integrations, data errors, security controls, workflows, and user access.
Perform bulk data loads, corrections, and metadata updates using Veeva Vault Loader.
Support release cycles including regression testing, deployment validation, and postrelease issue monitoring.
Working knowledge of VQL for report/query troubleshooting and validating functional requirements.
Proficiency using Veeva Vault Loader for bulk uploads, data corrections, error log analysis, and data remediation activities.
Handle L2 support tickets, perform root cause analysis RCA and resolve crossmodule functional and technical issues.
Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow and JIRA, ensuring timely updates and stakeholder communication.
Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation, including configuration guides, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
Create and enhance Knowledge Base articles to support faster issue resolution and improve user enablement.
