Hiring For Travel process - GDS knowledge mandatory

Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for a Travel Process. Candidates must have hands-on experience with GDS Amadeus and a good understanding of flight bookings, ticketing, reissuance, and travel-related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international travel queries through calls.
• Manage flight reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and amendments using Amadeus GDS.
• Assist customers with travel itineraries and fare-related information.
• Process refunds, rebookings, and schedule changes.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of travel-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates and college dropouts can apply.
• Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Prior experience in a travel process will be preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
