Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all Central, State and Local statutory requirements.
• Maintain compliance calendar and timely statutory filings.
• Manage licences, renewals, permits and statutory approvals.
• Liaise with Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate, Fire Department, EPFO, ESIC and
other authorities.
• Coordinate statutory inspections, audits and regulatory visits.
• Monitor contractor and vendor compliance.
• Maintain legal documentation and compliance records.
• Conduct compliance audits and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, EHS and Plant Operations.

• Contract Labour provisions
Qualifications
MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR, Business Administration or related discipline. LLB or Diploma in
Labour Laws will be an added advantage.
Experience
1014 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs and government liaisoning in a
manufacturing environment.
