Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Data Scientist to join our Data & AI team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI solutions to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. You will work on cutting-edge AI/ML technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps, and Agentic AI, to solve complex business problems and create scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms to address business challenges.
• Lead initiatives in developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI/ML frameworks.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure scalable and reliable AI solutions.
• Develop and optimize agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure high accuracy and robustness.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, and related technologies, and incorporate them into projects.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data science and AI development.
• Document methodologies, models, and processes for transparency and reproducibility.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Primary Skills:
• Python programming for data science and AI development.
• Expertise in AI/ML algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or similar.
• Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks for CI/CD, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI systems and autonomous agents.
• Additional Skills:
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI solutions.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of databases and data management.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience Range: 8+ years in IT, data science, AI/ML, or related fields.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, MLOps, and Agentic AI systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

• AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
• Certified Data Scientist (CDS)
• Deep Learning Specialization
