Role & responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support on client projects and provide commercial support to the account team
• Handle client queries on projects and resolve commercial issues as they arise
• Contribute to the project development process and ensure full client satisfaction
• Use internal databases and softwares to manage projects
• Manage all client documentation and sampling related to submissions or sales
• Interface with client to provide elements necessary to the project teams
• Follow up and manage receivables from clients.
