• Design, implement, and maintain complex, high-performance
• Progress applications for core business processes.
• Understand and enforce organisational
• Progress coding standards and best practices for on-premise systems.
• Lead code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical back office system and configuration issues
globally.
• Optimise Progress OpenEdge database performance and Progress code.
• Enforce documentation standards as set out in organisational SOPs.
• Oversee remediation of security issues.
• Experience with Progress OpenEdge database and related tools.
