Roles & Responsibilities :

• Review and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes for Cardiology and Orthopedic Surgery cases.
• Ensure coding accuracy in compliance with coding guidelines and payer-specific regulations.
• Analyze operative reports, physician documentation, and medical records for appropriate code assignment.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client requirements.
• Identify documentation gaps and work with internal teams to resolve coding queries.
• Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and industry regulations.

Required Skills :

• Strong knowledge of Cardiology and Orthopedic Surgery coding.
• Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Hands-on experience with CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Surgery Medical Coding.
• Experience in Cardio and Orthopedic Surgery coding is mandatory.
• Any Medical Coding Certification preferred.
• Candidates serving a notice period of up to 1 month are encouraged to apply.
