1. IPDRG Coder
- Experience: Minimum 1+ Year
- Location: Hyderabad
- Package: Up to 9 LPA
- Certification: CPC / CIC / CCS (Mandatory)

2. IPDRG Validation QA
- Experience: Minimum 4+ Years
- Location: Hyderabad
- Certification: CPC / CIC / CCS (Mandatory)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Salary: Up to 30% Hike on Current CTC
3. IPDRG Trainer
- Experience: Minimum 5+ Years
- QA Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year (Mandatory)
- Location: Hyderabad
- Certification: CPC / CIC / CCS (Mandatory)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Salary: Up to 30% Hike on Current CTC
4. IPDRG Supervisor
- Experience: Minimum 7+ Years
- QA Experience: 1 Year On-Paper (Mandatory)
- Location: Hyderabad
- Certification: CPC / CIC / CCS (Mandatory)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Salary: Up to 30% Hike on Current CTC
Key Responsibilities
- Review inpatient medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes.
- Validate DRG assignments and maintain coding accuracy.
- Perform coding audits and quality reviews.
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with providers for clarification.
- Train and mentor coding teams to improve quality and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and organizational quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
1+ year of IPDRG coding experience for Coder role
4+ years of IPDRG Validation/QA experience for QA role
5+ years of IPDRG experience with 6 months1 year QA experience for Trainer role
7+ years of IPDRG experience with 1 year on-paper QA experience for Supervisor role
CPC, CIC, or CCS certification is mandatory
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRG, and inpatient coding guidelines
