Position: In-Shop Sales Promoter
Salary: 20,000 Take-Home + TA + DA + PF + ESI
Gender: Male Candidates Only
Locations:
- Chinnasalem – Royal Hardware & Paints
- Tiruppur – Karthic & Co
- Tiruppur – Arasu & Co
- Tiruppur – Sri Ganapathy Electricals
- Madurai – Aura Home Decors
- Paramakudi – Mayoori Paints & Colors

Eligibility Criteria:
- 10th / 12th Pass
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Age up to 35 years
- Candidates residing within a 10–15 km radius preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and engage customers in-store
- Promote JSW Dulux products and drive sales
- Build relationships with painters and contractors
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure proper merchandising and product display
- Conduct site visits and provide color consultation support
