Job Summary:
The JD Edwards Business Systems Analyst serves as the bridge between business operations and IT supporting the
configuration, optimization and continuous improvement of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into JD Edwards system configurations and solutions
Support and maintain JD Edwards modules (e.g., Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, HR/Payroll)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional specs, and manage system changes
Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) for system upgrades, patches, and new functionality
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams or Oracle support for resolution
Develop and deliver end-user training and maintain process documentation
Partner with developers on orchestrator workflows, business functions, and custom forms or labels
Support data integrity initiatives including reporting, audits, and master data management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in information systems, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
3 to 5 years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience
Proficiency in one or more JD Edwards modules relevant to the business (Manufacturing or Distribution preferred)
Strong understanding of ERP business processes and cross-functional dependencies
Experience with JDE tools such as BI Publisher, Orchestrator Studio, or UDO framework is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP modules and business processes.
Strong requirement gathering and functional analysis skills.
Knowledge of SQL, reporting, and ERP integrations.
