Hiring for an International Non-Voice Process. We are looking for enthusiastic freshers and experienced professionals with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Eligibility Criteria

* Qualification: Any Graduate

* Freshers are eligible to apply

* Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience

in:

* International Voice Process

* International Non-Voice Process

* International Semi-Voice Process

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

* Freshers: Up to 4 LPA

* Experienced Candidates: Up to 5 LPA (Decent hike based on current CTC and experience)

Work Details

* 5 Days Working

* 2 Rotational Week Offs

* Rotational Night Shifts

* One-Way Cab Facility Provided

Interview Process

3. Versant Test [c1 score]

4. Operations Round

* Handle customer queries through chat and email support channels

* Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns

* Maintain quality standards and productivity metrics
