Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop comprehensive solution architectures for large-scale HRO projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop detailed RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and other presales materials to effectively communicate proposed solutions to clients.
- Provide expert guidance on solution design, implementation, and maintenance to ensure successful project delivery.
- 9-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting, preferably in the human resources domain.
- Strong understanding of HRO processes, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation planning, benefits administration etc. .
- Excellent solution design skills with ability to create innovative solutions that meet complex business needs.
