Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in Hindi.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.
- Stay updated with product information and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school or Any Graduation
- Proficiency in Hindi language.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult calls and manage stress effectively.
