Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced React & Next.js Developer to lead the development of our next-generation Progressive Web App (PWA) and cross-platform mobile application.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy; the successful candidate must be capable of taking ownership of technical decisions and delivering high-quality code with minimal supervision.

The primary focus of this position is a balanced design philosophy, ensuring seamless performance across web and mobile environments. You will utilize Capacitor to bridge the gap between web technologies and native mobile hardware, delivering a unified experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architecture & Development: Lead the development of a highly performant PWA using React and Next.js, ensuring optimized Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).
• Cross-Platform Integration: Utilize Capacitor to package the PWA into a fully functional mobile application for iOS and Android, emphasizing a consistent and optimized experience for users on both web and mobile platforms.
• Responsive Design & Architecture: Implement high-performance, accessible, and intuitive UI/UX components that provide a superior experience for both desktop browser users and mobile touch interfaces.
• PWA Features: Implement advanced PWA capabilities including service workers for offline functionality, push notifications, and local caching strategies.
• Autonomy & Ownership: Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment with minimal oversight, providing regular updates on progress and potential blockers.
