Hiring For Fraud Investigation

Key Responsibilities: (Transaction Monitoring)

1. Conduct transaction monitoring to identify unusual patterns and potential fraudulent activities

2. Perform KYB checks to verify business client authenticity and mitigate risk

3. Analyze and review alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems

4. Conduct investigations on suspicious activities and escalate cases as necessary

5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

6. Prepare and submit periodic reports on monitoring activities

7. Collaborate with the compliance team to enhance existing processes and controls

Roles & Responsibilities: (Fraud Investigation)

1. Identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities

2. Tracking down individuals involved in illegal or suspicious activities and interviewing them

3. The case documentation should be carefully examined to understand the history of the suspects violations and to retain the information necessary for future references

4. Examining various documents like victim testimonies and financial records to find out whether the fraud occurred

5. Prepare reports that clearly state the investigations and evidence

Identifying any possible threats to the company and taking appropriate actions to avoid them promptly

6. Doing background checks, employee investigations, and asset searches on suspected individuals.
