Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions based on project requirements.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Monitor manufacturing, production, or project execution to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, procurement, and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and performance evaluations of equipment, materials, or processes.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Continuously improve engineering practices through innovation and process enhancement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgy, Industrial, Production, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines).
• Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Good understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar tools, depending on the role).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and continuous improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
