Hiring Executive warehouse at Kin Marche For central Africa Location .

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for custody and safekeeping of inventory (i.e., inventory control)
• Oversee receiving, incoming inspections (when required), stocking, keeping receiving records, and forwarding relevant information to Purchasing (Procurement) for vendor payment
• Manage receiving, inventory control personnel
• Oversees and coordinating warehouse activities of dispatch, maintaining an open dialogue with store managers
• Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center
• Supervises staff and directs work as they execute activities related to order fulfillment, order management, inventory management, stocking, material handling, equipment usage, and related needs
• Prepares work schedules and reacts quickly and effectively regarding unexpected labor needs
• Manages labor hours in electronic timekeeping system

• Fills in for department employees in all areas as needed.
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as needed.
• Helps in Lean events and employee functions as needed.
