7+ years of experience in Embedded Hardware Design
Full Automotive Electronics PDLC experience (Hardware design, development, verification, validation, and product release activities) is preferred.
Design and review analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic circuits.
Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, processors, SMPS, DC-DC converters, and sensor interfaces.
Expertise in communication protocols such as CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART, and UDS Diagnostics.
Perform embedded hardware design, engineering calculations, and technical analyses including power budgeting, component derating, stress analysis, thermal performance, tolerance assessment, reliability prediction, signal integrity, interface loading, and design validation to ensure robust, safe, and compliant product performance.
Experience in safety and reliability analyses including FMEA/FMEDA, FTA, MTBF prediction, Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA), Common Cause Failure (CCF), Dependent Failure Analysis (DFA), EMC/EMI assessment, power integrity, environmental stress evaluation, and hardware safety compliance for safety-critical products.
Exposure to SIL-2 or higher safety-critical product development based on IEC 61508, EN 50126, EN 50128, or EN 50129 is highly desirable.
Develop hardware verification plans, test strategies, and lead design reviews and qualification testing.
Support EMC/EMI, environmental, vibration, thermal, reliability, and compliance testing.
