Role & responsibilities

As a Assistant Manager Losses & Reconciliation, you will own the end-to-end governance of inventory losses. You will work closely with operation teams to identify leakages, strengthen controls, improve reconciliation accuracy, and drive initiatives that reduce inventory losses.

This role requires strong cross-functional stakeholder management and structured problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end governance of inventory losses
• Ensure cross-functional stakeholder management involving different operation teams
• Define daily governance frameworks, control mechanisms, and audit frameworks to minimize operational risks
• Tracking daily hygiene metrics to ensure reduction in inventory losses and reconciliation accuracy
• Governing daily audit metrics ensuring smooth process execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations Excellence, Analytics, or Program Management
• Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, or logistics preferred.
