Hiring a Recruiter in the HR Department

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced HR Recruiters who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments. This role requires hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely hiring. You will be a key player in scaling our teams and maintaining our high standards of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments, including technical and non-technical roles.
• Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the company database.
• Facilitate the rollout, negotiation, and pre-joining offer engagement.
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate transition.
• Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline; specialization in HR is preferred.
• 1 - 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi)
• Proficient in MS Office and commonly used recruitment tools/portals
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines independently
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented approach
