Role & responsibilities
a) Strong customer-facing experience and understanding of their needs and requirements, with the ability to drive actions and advance business opportunities.
b) Experience in value or consultative-based field sales, managing customer accounts.
c) Proficiency in planning and implementing long-term commercial agreements.
d) Exposure to compiling, analyzing, and generating sales figures/reports, as well as conducting market research on products, market trends, and competitors.
e) Capability in portfolio planning and effective time prioritization.
f) Resilience when working under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
g) High degree of learning agility, humility, and willingness to share successes.
h) Possession of a valid Indian Driver's License.
Preferred candidate profile
Territory Knowledge
Should have worked for a minimum period of 4 years in around Vadodara in the area of Sales, preferably in Electronics and Automation Components & Products.
Customer
/Product Knowledge
RS Components India's major business is via direct customer interaction
Having said that the core experience of the person should be in direct sales in the arena of Industrial sales, preferably in the following product ranges:
Electronics and automation products.
Education
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Electronics / Electrical / instrumentation) Management Qualification is preferred
