Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pega Tech Lead with hands-on expertise in EITHER Pega Constellation OR Customer service framework to join our dynamic team.

Technical Qualification & Responsibilities::

• Mandatory - CSSA certification.
• Pega Tech Lead with over 6+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5+ years relevant experience in Pega development with minimum 2-3 project implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Constellation/Customer service framework (preferably versions 8 and above). - MANDATORY
• Understanding of Event Driven Architecture is essential.
• Lead design, develop, and maintain Pega applications using Customer service framework/Constellation.
• Working knowledge of Agents and Report Definitions, along with experience in delivering design documents (HLD/LLD).
• Knowledge on Data Flows, Data sets is an added advantage.
• Experience in working on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Leverage and Extend Pega Customer service framework components as per business needs.
