Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Provide product information, answer questions about services offered by the company, and address any issues or complaints.
- Meet performance targets set for call handling time, quality metrics, and sales conversion rates.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO voice process or similar industry.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on domestic voice processes with minimal supervision.
