Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management : Build new client relationships from scratch and act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers.
  • Opportunity Growth : Proactively create and nurture business opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Pipeline & Revenue : Build a robust sales pipeline and take full ownership of company annual revenues by hitting Quarterly and Yearly sales targets.
  • Activity Tracking : Meticulously manage and track day-to-day sales activities to ensure no lead is left cold.
Key Activities
  • Lead Acquisition : Execute cold calling, email marketing, and other creative lead-gen strategies to build business potential.
  • Sales Process Management : Lead the process through deep research, lead qualification, and comprehensive needs analysis.
  • Collaboration : Coordinate effectively with sales associates to align on high-priority prospects.
  • Product Mastery : Develop an in-depth understanding of the Proxima SFA product and maintain a high level of knowledge about Sterison s service ecosystem.
  • Client Engagement : Provide technical product details via phone/email and conduct professional online demos for prospective clients.
  • Nurturing : Use email drip campaigns, content marketing, and consistent follow-ups to move prospects toward a close.

Experience
2+ years in B2B Technology or Software Applications sales (SaaS).
Proven track record in Consultative & Solution-based sales methodologies.
Experience in the FMCG or Pharma software landscape is a significant advantage.
