Helper

We are looking for a highly motivated and physically fit individual with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team as a Helper in Induspect India Pvt Ltd, located in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist engineers, supervisors, and technicians in daily plant operations across various chemical processing units.
• Support machine operators during production runs to ensure smooth operation.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Handle packaging, labeling, and stacking of chemical products according to standard procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned work areas to prevent accidents.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision to minimize downtime.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with a focus on safety and accuracy.
• Good understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Willingness to report equipment issues or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.
