About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented Sourcing Expert to drive candidate lead generation and build robust talent pipelines

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Sourcing: Identify and source Specialist & Super-Specialist Doctors, Nurses, RMOs, DMOs, and Allied Healthcare Professionals.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Leverage Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook/WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Advanced Recruiting: Execute Boolean searches and utilize advanced filters for hyper-targeted hiring.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated with the latest sourcing trends, strategies, and recruitment technologies

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or Marketing.
• Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing.
• Industry Knowledge: Healthcare recruitment experience is highly preferred (but not mandatory).
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS/CRM systems.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Work Style: Capable of working in a target-driven environment.
