Role & responsibilities
1.Conduct market benchmarking and detailed competitive analysis of insurance products, including product features, pricing, benefits, and market positioning.
2. Review product documents and filing sets to ensure regulatory compliance, accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business requirements.
3. Perform system testing and validation to support product implementation and Go-To-Market (GTM) readiness.
4. Develop and deliver product training sessions to the field
5.Review and validate marketing materials
6.Manage and coordinate API integration projects
7. Driving the uptake of new products and enabling scale up
8. Identifying new product opportunities at partners end and driving them to closure
9. Identifying the non-performing clusters on right product mix and driving the same
10. New initiatives for the sales team to ease business
11. Analyze the gaps in processes and correct them from root cause
Preferred candidate profile
Age Limit up to 34
Insurance industry experience is must
Health Insurance Domain Knowledge
Market Research and Competitive Benchmarking
Regulatory Compliance and Product Filing Review
System Testing/UAT
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Drive to engage with sales team
