Health Coach

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one health coaching sessions through phone and video consultations (only on request).
• Guide clients on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate coaching records.
• Motivate clients to improve adherence to WellnessFast protocols.
• Follow up regularly with assigned clients to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Escalate medical concerns appropriately to the clinical team.
• Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, and operations teams to ensure seamless client care.
• Support corporate wellness sessions, webinars, health camps, and community outreach programs.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and client confidentiality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
• Passion for preventive healthcare and lifestyle medicine.
• Basic understanding of diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and metabolic health.
• Ability to build rapport and motivate clients toward long-term behavior change.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM softwares if required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
