About the Role
Seeking a dynamic and strategic Head Offshore Recruitment to lead our offshore
talent acquisition function as part of the Global HR Team. This is a leadership role
responsible for driving enterprise-wide hiring strategies, leading high-performing
recruitment teams, leveraging AI-powered recruitment technologies, and building a
scalable talent acquisition organization that supports client’s global growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-volume, niche, and just-
in-time hiring across multiple practices and geographies while ensuring an exceptional
candidate experience, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the offshore recruitment strategy aligned with current and
future business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all offshore practices, ensuring timely
delivery of high-quality talent.
- Build scalable hiring models to support rapid business growth and evolving
workforce demands.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and business heads to forecast hiring
needs and develop workforce plans.
Recruitment Operations Excellence
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, offer management, onboarding coordination, and hiring governance.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes,
frameworks, and best practices to ensure operational excellence and consistent
service delivery.
- Ensure hiring quality, speed, compliance, and superior candidate experience
while meeting defined turnaround times (TAT).
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialized recruiters responsible for hiring
across multiple business units.
- Define KRAs and KPIs for the recruitment team and drive a high-performance
culture through regular coaching, performance reviews, and capability
development.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
within the recruitment organization.
Business Partnership
- Work closely with Delivery, Practice Leaders and Leadership teams to
understand business priorities and translate them into actionable recruitment
plans.
- Participate in regular business review meetings to provide hiring updates,
address hiring challenges, and recommend strategic solutions.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders on market trends, talent
availability, and hiring strategies.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Establish and monitor recruitment metrics including hiring velocity, time-to-fill,
quality of hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, recruiter productivity, and
hiring costs.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities,
providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Present weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards and executive reports to
senior leadership.
Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Partner with internal sourcing teams to strengthen talent pipelines, improve
passive candidate engagement, and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives across digital platforms, professional
networks, and social media.
- Manage external staffing partners and recruitment vendors, conducting regular
performance reviews and ensuring quality, responsiveness, and cost efficiency.
AI-Driven Talent Acquisition
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered recruiting platforms, automation, sourcing
technologies, and analytics to improve hiring efficiency, recruiter productivity, and
candidate experience.
- Continuously evaluate emerging recruitment technologies and implement
innovative hiring practices to enhance talent acquisition outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
discipline; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including significant
leadership experience managing large recruitment teams.
- Proven success in leading high-volume, niche, and critical hiring for global
organizations, preferably within SAP, ERP, Analytics, AI, Cloud, or Technology
consulting environments.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled recruitment tools,
recruitment automation, and talent analytics.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing strategies, employer branding,
recruitment marketing, and workforce planning.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and
influencing skills.
- Experience managing recruitment operations across multiple business functions
and global geographies.
