Roles Responsibilities:

1. Create and execute sustainability strategies and action plans that align with the organization's objectives, incorporating environmental, social, and economic sustainability.
3. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, customers, and the community, to build support for sustainability initiatives and gather input.
5. Stay informed about industry best practices and benchmarks to drive continuous improvement in sustainability efforts.
7. Lead initiatives to reduce the organization's carbon footprint, greenhouse gas emissions, and environmental impact.
9. Lead VSAP Audit improvement of audit scores
11. Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and reporting requirements. Prepare and submit sustainability reports and disclosures as needed.
13. Gather data on the organization's environmental and social impact, such as energy consumption, waste production, and emissions. Analyze this data to identify areas for improvement.
15. Implement measures to reduce resource consumption, including energy and water efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable sourcing.
17. Work with suppliers to promote sustainability throughout the supply chain, which may involve responsible sourcing and supplier audits.
19. Manage budgets related to sustainability initiatives and projects.
21. Educate employees and stakeholders on sustainability practices, encouraging a culture of sustainability within the organization.
23. Spearhead digitalization projects to ensure HSES function is automated with minimal human intervention or error.
25. Drive RR programs across operations areas to motivate employees develop champions in the area.
27. Development of a second line to avoid vacuum in leadership.
28. Desired candidate profile:
    
    
    • BEB.Tech. along with Safety Environment Sustainability background
    • Proven experience in sustainability leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of sustainability best practices, standards, and regulations.
    • Strong project management and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
    • Certification in sustainability (e.g., Certified Sustainability Professional) is a plus.\
