Job Description
A seasoned metallurgical leader with deep hands-on expertise in both Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel production (12000MT/Mth)through Induction/AOD/ARC/LRF& VD. Responsible for operational excellence, quality assurance, safety, and team leadership.In-depth knowledge of secondary metallurgy, slag chemistry, refractories, and thermal dynamics.
Able to evaluate operational KPIs, yield ratios, and heat consumption metrics.
