Head - Sales & Marketing - Project Sales - UPVC Doors & Windows Division (18-25 yrs)

About the Role:

We have an opportunity for Head Sales & Marketing for one of our clients for their UPVC Doors & Windows division for Hyderabad location.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 18 - 25 years of experience in Project Sales with UPVC Doors & Windows through Project Sales.

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in English & Local Language.

- Must have Market Knowledge in South region.

Responsibilities:

- Should be able to handle the team in performing to reach the targets.

- Conduct promotional meets for brand awareness.

- Achieving Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Sales targets.

- Tapping direct Clients through the Architects and Builders/Contractors, of assigned areas and generating business through them.

- Creating healthy relations with New & Existing partners and encouraging them to focus on recommending our product to the clients.

- Finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients.

- Learning and resolving clients queries and making them understand each & every technical & non-technical aspect of their project.

- Attending regular training sessions arranged by the company to understand the technical aspects of our products.

- Should be able to strategize and develop Business Opportunities.

- Assisting operation in process of sale order and payment follow up.
