Role Objective

To establish, standardize, monitor, and continuously strengthen a system-driven manufacturing and quality culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Head QMS as MR.

- Develop and strengthen robust manufacturing and quality processes.

- Ensure all processes are documented, standardized, approved, and controlled.

- Prevent impulsive or unauthorized process changes.

- Establish proper process change management and approval systems.

- Lead root cause analysis for major quality and operational issues.

- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, process controls, and ISO systems.

- Conduct periodic process audits and system reviews.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, and Technical teams for process stability.

- Build accountability and process discipline culture across these departments.

- Monitor recurring issues and ensure permanent closure.

- Report key process and quality observations to Management.

- Benchmark best industry practices and implement improvements after validation and approvals.

- Implement development initiatives such as TPM, 5S, KAIZEN.

- Coordinate potential customers visit.

- QMS -EMS OHSAS process reviews and improvement initiatives.

- Conduct periodical Audits internal and external and support management . HODs to improve score in their areas.

- Maintain quality data, trends, and compliance records

Key Deliverables

- Reduction in quality complaints and process deviations.

- Stable and standardized operating processes.

- Improved process discipline and accountability.

- Stronger customer confidence and audit preparedness.

- Monitor KPIs and management objectives as per ISO, TS, EMS OHSAS and IITF requirements.

CTC :50 Lakhs

Qualifications : B Tech /M Tech ,Metallurgy Preferred

Age Below : 50 Years.

Location Pune

Last Designation : DGM & above.
