Job Description
- Project Execution and Site Management: Oversee the execution of structural works, including foundations, slabs, beams, columns, and structural steel, ensuring compliance with project drawings and specifications.
- Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day site operations, supervise site engineers, labourers, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and adherence to quality standards.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards, ensuring materials and workmanship meet project specifications.
- Material and Resource Management: Ensure the timely procurement, proper handling, and efficient utilization of construction materials, minimizing waste and cost overruns.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance: Enforce site safety protocols, monitor compliance with safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety among the team.
- Structural Analysis and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with the design team to resolve structural issues, implement engineering solutions, and ensure design integrity.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, prepare detailed site reports, and coordinate with project managers for timely project delivery.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of site activities, material deliveries, quality checks, and project progress for internal and client reporting.
