Job Description
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and material take-offs for MEP projects, considering labour, materials, and equipment costs.
- Contract Management: Review MEP contracts, manage variations, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including scope changes and cost adjustments.
- Billing and Invoicing: Generate and verify interim and final bills for MEP works, ensuring alignment with project specifications, contractual terms, and approved drawings.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination: Collaborate with MEP vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to track progress, validate completed work, and process payments accurately.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project costs, variations, billing reports, and contract documentation for senior management review.
- Quantity Take-Offs and Measurement: Conduct precise measurements for all MEP components, ensuring accuracy in billing and cost control.
- Change Order Management: Identify and document changes in project scope, assess their financial impact, and support negotiations with stakeholders. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all MEP billing processes adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
