Job Description
- Project Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all interior finishing activities to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
- Site Supervision: Manage on-site activities, supervise workers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring work aligns with project specifications and safety standards.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in finishes, materials, and workmanship.
- Material Management: Ensure proper procurement, storage, and usage of materials, minimizing waste and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Health, Safety, and Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring all activities comply with legal and company standards.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work as per project timelines.
- Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage financial resources effectively to avoid overruns.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, material usage, quality inspections, and progress reports for project stakeholders.
