Job Description
- Quality Planning and Control: Develop and implement quality management plans, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and oversee testing of materials, workmanship, and construction activities to maintain high-quality standards.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and industry best practices.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Quality Management: Monitor and evaluate the quality of work performed by vendors and subcontractors, ensuring they meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality checks, inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide quality training to site teams and stakeholders to promote a culture of quality awareness and accountability.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, recommend solutions, and implement best practices to enhance overall project quality.
