Job Description
- Security Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with security regulations and protocols, conduct periodic risk assessments, and implement measures to mitigate security risks.
- Emergency Preparedness and Incident Response: Develop and implement comprehensive security plans, monitor access control measures, and respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents.
- Surveillance and Asset Protection: Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of surveillance systems (CCTV) and other security infrastructure; regularly review footage and reports to identify potential threats or breaches.
- Vendor and Personnel Management: Supervise security personnel, ensure proper training and adherence to standard operating procedures, and consult with third-party security agencies for quality services.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed security logs and reports, conduct regular audits, and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement of security measures.
- Threat Analysis and Intelligence Gathering: Monitor potential security threats, analyse risk data, and recommend proactive measures to safeguard assets and personnel.
- Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning: Develop and implement crisis response plans and business continuity strategies to ensure resilience during disruptive events.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to security, data protection, and occupational health and safety.
