Job Role
Lead Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire functions for the entire complex and ensure robust compliance, prevention, and emergency preparedness.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive occupational safety, process safety, fire protection, environmental compliance, emergency response systems, audits, incident investigation, training, and HSE culture development
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and strengthen risk-based safety systems across all units and support functions.
Job Deliverables
Strong HSE compliance, lower incident frequency and severity, high emergency preparedness, effective audit systems and closures, improved workforce safety awareness, and stronger process safety culture.
Qualification
BE B.Tech + Diploma in Industrial Safety from RLI or CLI
Nature of Experience
HSE leadership in major hazard continuous-process industries with strong exposure to process safety, fire systems, incident investigation, and regulatory interface.
Industry Preference
PVC Chlor-Alkali Petrochemical Refinery Fertilizer Hazardous Chemical Manufacturing
Preferred Exposure
Major accident hazard plants, process safety management systems, fire systems, emergency response, HAZOP follow-up, and regulatory interface.

Key Interfaces
All Plant Heads, Operations, Maintenance, CTS, Reliability, HR, Security, Fire Teams, statutory authorities, and local administration.
