Manage kitchen staff, inventory, and food costs
Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and QA teams
Drive product innovation aligned with market trends
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in Bakery, QSR, Cafs, Hotels, or Food Manufacturing
Strong expertise in Hot Kitchen Operations & Product Development
Experience in managing commercial kitchen teams
Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and food safety standards
Passion for innovation, quality, and operational excellence
