Head - Brand Marketing - FMCG (8-10 yrs)

Executive Hiring is looking for a Brand Marketer for an MNC FMCG, based at Gurgaon.

Post Grad / MBA in Marketing from Premiere B School with 8-10 years of Post MBA exp. in an FMCG, of which at least 4-5 years in Brand Marketing, managing large portfolio is what required.

The KRA's:

- Implementation of brand plans and to lead the development of Brand strategy, executions

- Ensure timely implementation of the brand activity

- Identify and draw up any corrective measure required on the brand

- Media Plans/Calendar

Brand budget:

- Implement brand Plans in trade environments: GT, MT & eComm

- Work with the Key Account Team to develop and implement innovative brand plans

- Pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions
