HCL Foundation is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of HCLTech. It is a non-profit organization that strives to contribute towards national and international development goals, bringing about lasting positive impact in the lives of people and the planet, through long term sustainable programs. The Foundation aims to alleviate poverty and achieve inclusive growth by supporting initiatives across various thematic areas including environment, health, education, skill development & livelihood, and disaster risk reduction & response.
