Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our team as Hardware Support Engineers. This role involves providing technical support for computer systems, hardware, and network-related issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
Responsibilities:
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in a timely manner.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Monitor and report system performance and faults.
- Assist in setting up workstations and network equipment.
- Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and replacement when required.
