Hair Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hair Therapist to provide professional hair, scalp, and head spa treatments. The Hair Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, maintaining hygiene standards, educating clients on hair care, and contributing to client satisfaction and business growth. Hair therapists in spa settings commonly perform scalp treatments, hair therapies, client consultations, and recommend suitable products and services.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct hair and scalp analysis for clients.
• Perform head spa, hair spa, scalp detox, dandruff treatments, and hair nourishment therapies.
• Provide relaxing scalp massage and wellness treatments.
• Recommend suitable hair care products and treatment packages.
• Maintain treatment records and client history.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are clean and sanitized.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and home maintenance.
• Support promotional activities and membership/package sales.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure excellent customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers / Minimum 1-2 years experience in Hair Spa, Head Spa, Salon, or Wellness Industry.
• Knowledge of scalp care, hair treatments, and hair wellness procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to achieve treatment and retail sales targets.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
