Key Responsibilities:

Hair Styling & Treatments:

Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, blow-drying, and treatments according to guest preferences

Offer specialized services like hair spa, keratin treatments, and scalp treatments

Recommend appropriate hair care products and techniques to clients

Guest Experience & Customer Service:

Greet and consult guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable services

Ensure a luxurious and relaxing experience for guests

Handle guest inquiries and provide aftercare advice for hair maintenance

Salon Hygiene & Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations

Adhere to hotel safety and hygiene standards

Ensure all supplies and products are well-stocked and organized

Sales & Upselling:

Promote and recommend salon products and treatments to guests

Assist in achieving salon sales targets by upselling services and products

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Work closely with other spa and salon professionals, including beauticians, therapists, and reception staff

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities
