Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Helpdesk Support professional with technical support experience in troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to handle end-users and situations. This position is located in Bahwan CyberTek.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
- Respond to queries via phone, email, or in-person, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine solutions.
- Write training manuals, train users, and maintain reports.
- Route problems to next-level support when necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions and resolutions.
Job Requirements
- Technical support experience in troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle end-users and situations effectively.
- Training and escalation management skills.
- Knowledge of MCP/MSCE/MSCA or HDI CSS ITIL V2 or V3.
- Any Graduate degree.
